Who is responsible for your data

La Fiole Bleue is the controller of the personal data collected on lafiolebleue.com. You can reach us at contact@lafiolebleue.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, that is your email address and your message. We use it solely to reply to you, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

Lawful basis

Under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation, we process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who processes it for us

Messages are stored in a spreadsheet hosted by Google, acting as our processor, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both may process data outside the United Kingdom, relying on the transfer safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising, tracking or audience measurement cookies. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we would ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@lafiolebleue.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
